Do I have to use my insurance company’s “preferred shop”?
No. A common misconception is that you have to use a shop your insurance company steers you to in order to get the best coverage on your insurance. By law, you have the right to use any shop of your choosing, and this will not affect claim coverage.
Can you save my deductible?
Sometimes. Let’s be careful, here, though. Often, when a deductible is saved it’s at the expense of quality. Other shops will omit something from their service or use an alternate part of lesser quality. We’ll take a look at your insurance estimate, and use our knowledge of your vehicle and its repair needs to help save you whatever money we can.
Should I use my Insurance Company App to file my claim?
Sure, but beware. Insurance mobile apps can be really convenient; however details can be missed when submitting photos, which results in a lower estimate. Once we get eyes on your vehicle, we’ll assess all the damage and then work with your insurance company to make any adjustments to the estimate, ensuring you are fully covered.
Why is your estimate higher than my insurance company’s?
The job of the adjuster who works for you insurance company, is to authorize the smallest pay-outs possible they believe are justified to fix your car. Saving money is their first concern; ours is your safety. If we find that it will require more to correctly fix your vehicle than the adjuster determined, we will work directly with your insurance company to negotiate the additional work.
Will my insurance company raise my rates or cancel my policy if I make a claim?
Unlikely. Every insurance company is different and their specific policies so we can’t give you a cut and dried ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on this one, but in our experience, a company only raises rates or cancels policies when the insured is very high risk. If you have a lot of speeding tickets, or are often filing claims, you could be at risk. If not, you shouldn’t expect to see any negative effects of filing a claim. If you benefit from a safe driving or accident free discount, you may lose that, but raising your rates as a penalty just won’t happen. Insurance is there for you to use when you need it. To penalize that action would certainly not help insurance companies keep their clients or build their book of business. Talk to your insurance agent when you have these concerns and they’ll be able to go over your specific policy and coverages with you, putting your mind at ease.
What is a Limited Lifetime Warranty?
This is a warranty that covers our paint and workmanship used while working on your car. It means that you’re protected should issues arise with the quality of the paint, or if you find that our workmanship wasn’t as promised. The warranty is enforceable for as long as you own your vehicle.
How long do repairs take?
You already know that depends on the type of repair, whether we have parts in stock, and other variables. What you really want to know is how soon you can get back to driving. We understand. Which is why your vehicle repair is our top priority. It’s not a take-a-number sort of thing. We have several technicians which allows us to work on several customer vehicles at a time. And we’ll let you know right up front an estimated time of completion so you can plan your life. Need a rental car in the meantime? Let us know; we can connect you with the right resources.

Do you offer payment plans
